well because its an indie game, and i hate it when people pirate indie games. might as well go slap the guy who wrote the game in the face.
that's also the reason i was opposed at the time

just because it has an "indie" stamp doesn't make it any worse to pirate it
Sure it does. He wasn't paid by a company to make the software. He put his downtime into it and made a game on his own dollar. A game company pays the devs regardless of profit. Both are wrong but i think that pirating indie is like ripping off a neighborhood store, whereas pirating from a big company is like shoplifting from a big retailer. Both bad, but indie makes the greater impact.
new question. where do you spawn when you enter the server?
I'm really not sure where it is, and because I'm only there for the login i can't check maps either

Notch has sold over 3.3 million accounts. Hes a millionaire man. If everyone was to pirate his game from now on I don't think it would destroy him (money-wise that is). Valid point is still valid though.

This is very true, i am not one to pirate those who will be seriously affected, like you said, it's the same difference between stealing from a supermarket, who will just have to sort out the ivent loss, compared to a local bakery for example, who may already be running on low margins.

to be honest, at the moment it looks like wee have just gained PB from it and i assume he won't hang around for long, so this feature may not be on for long
