well the 1.8 world will not let me place any blocks at the moment and the old world is memory crashing me

So is the server 1.8 now? Figures the moment I finally get in and start rebuilding, now I have to wait until there is a fix for my computer to update to 1.8. Oh well, at least I had a chance to privatize a chest with the clay I collected.

update 1.81 shoudl work fine theres also been a cracked one for weeks now.

It won't work for me, I have a Macbook 2,1 running Leopard so the OpenGL is 1.2. Notch stated on twitter that a fix will be implemented for 1.9 so I'll have to wait until then to update.

turn off opengl for now

that's how i solved my memory issue / freezes
