Probably 3 - 3.5 stars, depending on ending.
Some amusing parts, like the "hero".
i don't like the hero =[
He's a bit of a fap, but some stuff, like "anti-demon king mode!" made me O_O.
The ending of Ichiban was a bit quirky, but reasonable.  The last scene was good IMO though.
Overall 3 stars probably.

K-On!! ep12 didn't seem so great to me >_>  The Super Nintenstation was interesting though.

Started To Aru Kagaku no Railgun - seems reasonable.  Story seems a little different than Index, and definitely quite a different setting.
The green and blue buttons are swapped around on a real snes controller.
Finally updated first post - woo.

3 more shows:

KissXsis
Pretty much turned out to be similar to what I had expected, perhaps even a tad bit better.  Got your standard ecchi stuff in there, some reasonably funny parts, with some crummy parts to match.  Ending was reasonable for the story.  You pretty much get what you expect here.
2.5 stars
PS: I liked the ending dance for some reason.  Songs are interesting - further more, they're all (OP, ED, OVA OP) in E major for some reason (except ep12 ending, which seems to be in C major).

Toaru Kagaku no Railgun
This one seems a lot more interesting than Index.  Can't say anything terribly spectacular, though I did like how they joined most of the story together (had expected it to be a little more episodic, but I liked the linking overall; they also included some fillers to balance things out a bit).  Unfortunately, they did drop some of the earlier ideas later on into the story, which I think they probably should've kept.  Show has quite a number of WTFs in it, but otherwise, it was reasonably entertaining overall.
3.5 stars - a little bit generous.

Angel Beats
This one started off okay, had some okay-ish ideas.  But it had some pretty poor parts in it too - IMO, the dramatic in this really didn't work well, and this show seems to degrade pretty quickly towards the end, with the last episode being really really poo poo.
I'll give it 3 stars for a reasonable start, though I didn't enjoy this that much.

3/5 ~ 6/10 << look like wee agree on this one Zinga.
Worth me watching to the end?  I'm on episode 3.
It's okay til about episode 6, which was poo poo, then goes back and slowly degrades, with the last being especially poo poo
If you're not finding it reasonable at your current stage, it's not really going to get better IMO.  Whereas if you kinda like it, maybe go on.

So one of these shows that start off alright but end very pathetically?

I'm finding it alright at the start.  Not anything spectacular, but not really bad either.

Oh, and Vandread wasn't too bad.
