but yes, surprisingly the storyline differs quite much.
after reading the manga it seems the anime aimes at a younger audience than the manga.
i don't want to tell too much though, however many pieces important for the storyline have never made it into the anime, let alone that the anime is incomplete.
the only thing i liked about the anime is that some episodes very clearly superior,funnier and more touching than their manga counterpart.

yup i also never liked comics. well in fact love hina is the first manga I've ever read. ;o
due this i really had a hard time figuring out how to read that thing properly :>
also at the beginning i didn't payed much attention to the pictures... b&w is just not a catch for the eye ;p

There's is one thing I wonder about Zero no Tsukaima, most people say that the 2nd season sucks.... well everybody has is own opinion and I respect that. It's just I watched 10 out of 12 episodes of the 2nd season now and I didn't noticed that it sucks, it's different from the first season and not as good as the first one, but in my opinion it's not bad.

Can someone explain why the second season apparently sucks, just curious to know :)
