What do you guys think of this moon ?
Please remember that the .gif previews never look as crisp as the actual theme..

I've never really been a fan of moons :/

I still love that ripple effect though :3

Maybe I should ditch the moon idea ?
I'm looking for cool animation effects that will look good with this theme.
I have looked through thousands of animated .gifs.   I may end up needing the help of one of EP's resident artists.

oh and the theme itself is awesome, just the moon looks a bit ugly why not put a yellow moon in it. and couldn't you post this theme the water animation Is awesome

Yeah, the moon does look out of place and a bit ugly..
I am going to remove it..  

I had also tried a dolphin jumping around in the water, but I didn't think that looked good either.

Maybe I am trying to squeeze one too many effects into the main XMB of this theme ?
Do you guys think that I should just have the water and spinning dot as the main animations ?

yes I think that's good enough though how about adding some glowing stars I don't think that wouldn't be hard
