i understand that. but maybe he really likes the windows basic wallpaper. for the most part, people don't make their own wallpapers. they go get them off of google or /wg/ or something. so if the included wallpaper is the one that he likes, then more power to him. why should he go off and look for a wallpaper when he really likes the one he has. plus, he most likely knows about computer theming, as i noticed hes both tune-up utilities and eset nod32, neither of which i think run in operating systems before xp (and maybe not in xp either) which means if hes running either vista or 7, he had to have themed his desktop to look like that.
