the bottom is rocketdock with custom icons. the explorer/desktop theme i made myself (inspired by my linux theme. the wallpaper i edited to fit my rainmeter, and the rainmeter is i think called anywhere. took me forever to find one i liked, and that one has only been downloaded like 15 times, funny, because its beautiful when properly applied.
