Sorry to bump this old thread up, how do I get CDDA games to play audio with this? I just tried DDR Extra Mix but not getting audio (from original pressed CD)

Make sure you're dumping the CD as a BIN/CUE or IMG/CCD format. ISO may not include the additional audio tracks.

I did try BIN.CUE, I'll try reripping the cd again as IMG/CCD. I hope it's not due to because it's original pressed I'm working off

Also try feeding the CUE/CCD file instead of the BIN/IMG one.

Hey Zinga,
I'm a bit stuck - not doing so great with this at all so hoping you can point me in the right direction!
Downloaded the GUI in the first post - simple to use (nice job by the way for an idiot like me)
However, can't seem to get anything to work on the psp (running 6.39 me-5) once I'm done. Here's what I'm doing:
1. Loading GUI, feeding .img file etc... (in this example I'm using RE2 - Leon disc)
2. Game title - left as-is (picked up the right one)
3. Game ID - found after googling for a bit that you apparently use the japanese ID: SLPS01222, so using that
4. clicked go - successfully created my eboot
5. copied to psp\game directory
Now, when I start the game, i boot into popsloader, but no matter which pops i choose, i either come back to the xmb with error 80000004, or i simply stare at a black screen. If i press "home" - i see the usual psx on psp options for controller, screen size etc...
and that's as far as i get...
from what i gathered, 6.39 me-5 was supposedly good for psx games?
any ideas? Any advice much appreciated!

isn't there a special plugin you need to run popsloader successfully on ME CFW's??
Have you tried without popsloader at all to identify that the game is definitely the problem

Hey,
Tried without popsloader, same effect I'm afraid. Screen goes black after showing PSX disclaimer, memory card led stops flashing after 2 seconds.. I can press "Home" to see the menu etc..
About the other plugin to use with popsloader on ME cfw, I couldn't find anything about it? Only thing I found from pspmod forums was to try the iso file without converting to eboot, didn't even show up on psp..
firmware issue you reckon? Or did i miss something glaringly obvious? :P
edit: did you mean "pops_bridge" plugin? Already added in my seplugins folder and loaded :)

Has anyone actually confirmed that the game works on the PSP? Maybe try looking around and if so, see what they've done to get it to work.
The PSP's PSX emulator won't emulate everything.
