RRoD's on the 360 have apparently decreased significantly, but not completely (it's a rare occurrence now).
360 does have Star Ocean 4, Lost Odyssey, and Fable II as RPG exclusives, but the PS3 is still getting the bigger and more anticipated RPG games.
