Action RPGs fail hard in my book. Either you stand still and take turns attacking, with cooldown (FF7, 8), or move and bash the snot out of bad guys (Kingdom Hearts) BUT NOT A FUSION OF THE TWO. (FF13) I mean, being able to move, but having 20 second move cooldown? No.
I have yet to meet a simulation I didn't like.

i gonna have to say RPG's although im also an action/adventure guy at heart (i grew up playing crash bandicoot), these days i play games to get lost in the story, no other game has done that better than Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core on my old trusty PSP.

Square Enix make amazing RPG's and thier stories are to die for, although i hate the whole turned base thing, and random encounters, that's always pissed me off, but Crisis Core is an action RPG so i could handle it, plus it storie line blew me away.

So yea enough rambling RPG's for the win.

My favorites are Shumps, RPGs and Platformers
