dunno why but I'm enjoying playing this game again
Omg Misanshel mission is so gay.
Map is goddamn massive, you have to cap 4 corners. Random angel things fly around and beat your casters almost dead in 1 hit, 2 headed dog things magic you from 3 blocks away hidden behind areas you can't see, harpie things put fucking charmed condition on everyone, and also magic you from 3 blocks away. And there's portal things that respawn enemies every 2 turns or something.
EDIT: Its not so bad the second time when I know where everything is.

Ok, the trolls were easy. They only ever do the same physical attack (with low-ish power) so all you needed to do was sit tight with some tanky units and wait out the attack while you send another team to backdoor their chief. Or you can actually brute force up the cliff if you're a baller like that.
This on the other hand, is totally bulls

Angel things hit much harder than trolls, there's more of them, and there's 2 green boss things there that pretty much rape everything they come into contact with. Also the trolls had 5 spawn points, this has around 15 spawn points continuously spawning s
hit.

Ok, figured out how to do it.
Need to let one of the angel things penetrate the 2nd defense line, then all the bosses will get complacent and come at you to "finish it", instead of camping base. Sacrifice some units to the green bosses (which you shouldn't try to seriously fight because they will rape you). When the angel boss comes close enough, have your long range forces clear a path to it and spike the boss with all your highest attack units.
Anyway, I probably did this a bit too early which made it hard, wait a while until your levels are higher and it'll probably be easy like the rest of the game.
