The mine shaft is only visible in the Aoi Sora Theme. To find it, all page formatting must be off (when the post bg's can't be found).
It can be seen randomly in posts by random people but is usually found in the posts of eKusoshisut0 or SunnyAutumn.
To access it, one must dig underneath the posts to find the hole. Then, one must dive into the hole and endure the rotting mummies and dead bodies before reaching the diamond hall.
A word of warning to those who venture down there:
There is a nearby lava tank. Take out a specific diamond and one will DIE
