Actually I thought about blissey, but I feel like she's better for multi battles...

In competitive battles, Blissey is a terrible Pokemon. No offensive pressure, and is setup bait for substitute users if she lacks Seismic Toss. Not sure about 2v2 or 3v3, but I imagine she wouldn't perform well there either since her base speed and defense is horrific. You would end up having to babysit her to keep her alive... which is stupid for a Pokemon built to be a wall.
