Rewrite sucks (judging by both word of mouth and ratings), play Little Busters instead if you want Key.  ProperBritish likes it, you probably will.  Rewrite is also 3.56MB long, it'll take you like 80-100hrs to read or something.  LB is nowhere as long.

I remember watching it on DVD. It was fun at the time. I agree on the sex scene - it was pretty very awkward.

I was so young back then I absolutely could not judge whether it's awkwardly placed or not, all I remember was feeling really awkward for watching it.  It's pretty much like, omg, they're naked and stuff, muted the sound, and was much more concentrated on any footsteps from the corridor (in case anyone came in) than the TV screen.

Only the first movie's any good anyway.... I think  scrap that, I don't really trust my taste or judgement at all from back then.

Supposedly The Matrix is much more than just an action flick, and has some good references and stuff.  But back then all I knew was the coats looked cool and the bullet dodging was also cool.  So yeah, the 2nd and 3rd movies might not be bad, could be I just didn't understand shit back then.
