not 100 % sir...beacause i can't access my savedata.... hope you can fix that..thanks
try to re-build the ctf without savedata.prx and or savedata_plugin.rco,.. or both?
there are prob some other differences,. because there are some prx files wich aren't suported by ctftoolgui,. eg radioshack_plugin.prx, bluetooth_plugin.prx, npadmin_plugin.prx, htmlviewer_plugin.prx these all have a 200>>800 scroll speed change,..
anyway i can't fix anything for 637ME,. because i don't have a PSP with 635+,.. 637 aint downgradeable yet,. ;)
i guess i will just add your version to the main post ;) thanks! let me know if you fix anything!!
edit:
here is some offsets i changed in blue-tooth prx(might not be in prx-editor yet,.

RE: [620TN]Sony_Mmod
another amazing theme from v1
you're probably the only theme maker that makes such good themes and don't use damn custom fonds. the screw up the internet browser.

RE: [620TN]Sony_Mmod
Someones already done a 6.35 conversion, but there are a few issues with it, like the shadows and the fact it still says 6.20tn :P
Here
Might open it up in a bit and see if I can remove the shadows and stuff.
Edit: Also from memory it crashes when accessing Account Information via PSN
