WHAHAHA
yes i am insane. but im back now
i just finished ep 100 and i don't feel like it anymore. i will probably finish up to 140 in the next week but i need to do some useful stuff on this sunday :PDouble post ever since i read this:
i started noticing it and it is annoying :P i guess its like desu? i heard desu a few times too in naruto :P meaning 'it is' (i think it was when someone made a surprising entrance and they said somet like 'yes, <name> desu.' which makes sense
Double post http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.ph...=dattebayo
nr 5 seems to explain it well. i also noticed its not always da ttebayo sometimes its whatever-ttebayo . heh :D i want to lean japanese now
by the way has anyone noticed that from ep 95/96, where the team changs from ANBU/AonE to AonE, they stopped translating techniques? thanks to that i know that kage means shadow (kaga bunshu no jutsu = shadow replication, bunshu no jutsu = replication) (which makes sense as suffix for the head ninja (hokage etc) , as they shadow over the villages)
and also i think HENGE sounds much cooler than 'transform'

Quote:4. It seems to me that Naruto says "dattebayo" a lot. What does it mean?
It means, "I'm gay."
Actually it means nothing at all. It's just something random that Naruto adds onto the end of almost all of his lines to annoy us.

Yeah, I think the reason I took Japanese in High School was
because it sounds so cool. :P
I dunno what tebayo means, but putting "yo" at the end of a sentence
makes it exclamatory, like an ! in english.
