Endless Paradigm

So I needed a 6.xx PSP to run Dreamy Theater on my PS3.
I have a Pandora so I could just walk back and forth on my Slim but I can't be bothered...

I remembered a mate of mine had a old damaged PSP 1000 in his basement so I thought, this might be enough to start the game.

God, I didn't knew HOW damaged it was...

It has a custom case and custom buttons but someone messed up big time...

- The UMD Door is completely broken
- It will randomly freeze ANYWHERE for no apart reason
- Pandora will only work if I press the battery in like mad the whole time, if I don't the PSP will turn on but the screen will stay blank
- There are 3 black spots on the screen
- It had a patched key 5 so I couldn't update to OFW, I unpatched the key and ever since then the PSP will completely freeze and weird artifacts appear on the screen whenever it comes in contact with my Pandora Stick, other Memory Sticks are fine

Still I think I can get 6.20 on it

Unless it commits suicide by crashing in the middle of a firmware flash. lol.

couldn't Pandora recover it if it did anyway?

which will be hard because he has to hold the battery in so the 3rd pin contacts

after you boot from pandora, plug in your power adapter then it doesn't need to have the battery anymore :)  I use a pandora battery that has 0% charge..i plugin power, put battery in and if it doesn't turn on automagically i flip the power switch, then it boots to pandora and i can take out the battery.

And I'm surprised, it sits here for an hour charging and still hasn't froze

And I bricked her! Was in process to update to 5.00 M33 to make a Project Diva Savegame, update went to 92%....

FFFFFFFE ERROR....

Oh lol how inevitable.

She lives again after 9 Pandora tries, reflashing 5.00 M33

And she died again at 92%, time to upgrade my Pandora I guess....
