Oh man... having to make some awesome choices now. Also, got to play as my first hero unit. Absolute awesomeness. I'm going to go back to this mission later just to mess around some more. I love single unit missions :)

So did anyone get to that split mission for the Zerg cure or the Protoss fire? I did the fire, what happens if you go for the cure?

I'm only up to my 12th mission. Have been achievement grinding (got all of them up to this point). The biggest choice I've made so far was on the prison level:
