There isn't a second season.

But there must be,in my oppinion it was a quite successful anime,and with that much fans they should atleast make a second season.

If no second season comes out it'll only hurt its reputation in discussing the anime in retrospect.

It's not the first title I've encountered that didn't get a second season where it really needed one.

Still, I wouldn't count out the possibility of there being one in the future.

nope there isn't...

there have been rumors about season 2 but not an "Official Announcement" (which normally be posted in ANIMENEWSNETWORK.COM) about the manga i think it needs more volumes to make an entire new season.

In the meantime, go watch other series far superior to HSOD - which won't be a hard task. Trust me! ^^
