that's alot of blur affects

but it would of been better to blend the render into the blur

and also that's not blur, its smudge.

you can also try to add more of ONE flow. . I see maybe 4 different flows there.
stick with one and it will look good. . . nice job though.

i think just a slight blur around the edge of the render would make it look awesome, or maybe a glow?

I think, given Nathan's (Cable's name is Nathan Dayspring, if ya didn't know) powers, the smudging works, psionic powers are often shown with blurring like that.  Very nice, me likey.
