^ I thought it was double you tee eff for the sign, which makes it look like a female toilet.

heres how i saw it: ok theres a random chick (not wearing a uniform) and all the people running out of the bathroom expect her are guys.

i assumed despite the icon, as a odd anime reference (lucky star characters show up in a later episode) and something random.
