yeah, you can get some good results even at low colours.

Also the command line in the included batch files has a 256,
this seems to gives you 257 colours in your PNG (I could be wrong).

So I changed mine to 255 and that seems to work fine.

127 = 128 colours
63 = 64 colours
etc

im putting my icons at 128 colours and there seems to be no visible difference.
