He can easily do more than 9999 with Renzokuken (whatever it's called) if ur late enough in the game, and have something good enough junctioned to his attack.

And for a good part of the game (early and mid), just leaving him on yellow HP (with stuff like HP+40% to boost his HP) and letting him limit break is probably the most efficient way to kill stuff. (with efficient refering to highest damage per time)

Totally forgot he had Renzokuken.  Still, it's usually around 4-6 hits, so around 40000-60000 damage.  And that's assuming you get it for every turn, and you manage to pull the trigger for every hit...

From what i remember, towards the end, i could pull these really long spell chains with quick and multicast and ultima, merton and stuff. Can quite easily do rediculous damage this way, and doesn't require insane level and attack, like u will with multi-attacking.

Yeah, spell chains do a lot, but high enough levels, the 8 hit sequences probably do more; to bosses at least.

lionheart is overkill anyways, just cool to watch once in a while.

And about dealing most devastating damage in a single turn, Selphie's limit break getting "The End" pwns all. Kills any boss, even the final boss, in 1 single hit.

U do have magic, u just can't do stuff like cast 9x ultima each turn.

So comparatively, attacks don't exactly scale too badly (or even favourably) in damage. Expecially in some of these games where magic has long animation times, which is the reason i hate to use stuff like GF's in FF8.

The aim is not to use Vanish/Doom...
I did use Economizers and the MEvade glitch though - some people believe they're cheap.  Though it's really difficult to low level without the MEvade glitch.

Still, most FF's make magic a fair bit stronger than attacks, since you're using MP.

I ALWAYS get Lionheart on the other hand. It depends on your performance on doing his Limit.
