i can view the site like normal using Surf-anon.com but i can't download anything becasue it won't let me login.

Haha, I can't believe you still think they got shut down.

The first time they went down was a big server blow-out, and they moved hosting providers. This time was a fight with the Canadian authorities, which they have solved by blocking Canada.

It's people like you who don't read what is actually going on that cause stupid net rumours to spiral out of control.
