If you go to Demonoid.com, it says that they had a system crash and they're resetting everything. They weren't shut down, but they lost everything, so, yeah, you'll get slow or no download speed.

well yeah, I remember this happening to FXP groups about 5 years ago when the stuff was real deep.  I guess It wouldn't be the end of the world if Demonoid got shut down though, so many other torrent searchers.
