by the way, do you have plugins or just regular CS2/ CS3 effects?

uhh I used a stock basically a screenshot of that scene from the movie, not a render.
I used to have photoshop plugins but my CS2 got fudgeed so I installed CS3 and im just running on the defaults.

if that's the case, it's excellent. imo plugins are cheating if you know what i mean.

and i know what you mean by stocks, i just call it a render :)
Do you have like, a 720p x264 movie of 300 and took a screen and then used it?
