A list i made up awhile ago add to it?
The Mother of all shortcut buttons..
CTRL+ALT+DELETE: Brings up the task mananger
The Alt Button
ALT+F4: Close current window
ALT+ENTER: Fullscreen or Properties of current item
ALT+TAB: Cycles threw current open programs
ALT+0169: ©
ALT+0153: ™
ALT+0174: ®
The Control Button....
CTRL+A: Select All
CTRL+C: Copy
CTRL+X: Cut
CTRL+V: Paste
CTRL+Z: Undo
CTRL+B: Bold
CTRL+U: Underline
CTRL+I: Italic
CTRL+P: Print
CTRL+S: Save
CTRL+O: Open
CTRL+R: Reload
CTRL+F: Find
CTRL+D: Add BookMark
CTRL+INSERT: Same as Copy
The Shift Button
SHIFT+DELETE: Permanently delete something.
SHIFT+F10: Bring up the options Dialog(same as right click)
SHIFT+INSTERT: Same as paste
SHIFT+arrows or home or end highlights in that current dirrection.
SHIFT+Right Clickisplays secondary options
The Windows Button......
Windows+R: Displays the run dialog box.
Windows+M: Minimize all(show desktop)
Windows+Shift+M: Undo Minimize all
Windows+E: Opens Windows Explorer
Windows+Tab: Cycle threw taskbar buttons.
Windows+L: Locks your Computer or logs off.
Windows+Pause/Break: Brings up System Properties.
The Fuction Keys
F1: Help
F2: Rename
F3: Search
F4:
F5:Refresh
F6:
F7:
F8:
F9:
F10:
F11:Fullscreen in web browser
F12:
Commonly Used Commands(Warning use only if you know what you are doing....)
MSCONFIG : Many options to configure a computer
REGEDIT: Configure the comptuers registry.
CMD: Opens command prompt(DOS)

win + D also shows desktop. its what I use.

Actually, ALT+0<numbers> will insert the character with that code.
ie Alt+065 inserts an "A".

They aren't specifically Windows shortcuts >_>

Actually, executes anything in the WINDOWS, WINDOWS/System32 directory, and any other specified search directories.
Eg:
control » Control Panel
sysdm.cpl » System Properties
desk.cpl » Desktop Properties
...etc...
compmgmt.msc » Computer Management
services.msc » Services
..etc...
notepad » Notepad
mspaint » Paint
calc » Calculator
...etc...
You can also add your own programs to the list.
