Hopefully, but then the whole structural society would need to be rebuilt from the ground up, they'd also probably be confronted by Russia or China, Korea, or any of the other countries to join them in their time of need, America wouldn't want them to join because wee say wee aren't an empire. I can't help but worry about them.
