RE: Anonymous Hackers Arrested
lol, the site title has now been changed.  This morning it was titled "Anonymous Hacker Turns Informant" - clearly someone at Stuff.co.nz just got fired for scaremongering.  Sorry all.

Ah well. By the way, the image for your avatar seems washed-out. Turn up the contrast.

Thanks.  I washed it out when I faded from being an active member to a speculator a few years ago.  Nice of you to notice though.

No one is above the law, even the people on the internet must abide by the rules set out, it is to keep order, just or unjust it is order.

"If you see a person jumping down the street, you can tell his preferences by shooting at the guy. If he starts whining, he plays Counter-Strike. If he charges you wielding an axe, you just interrupted a Morrowind player buffing his Acrobatics."

Giving out information to anyone on the internet, friend or not, is a dumb thing when you are a wanted criminal. There is no "trust" on the internet.

Just because something is the way it is, doesn't make it right. Anonymous are the internet's Robin Hood. They've done good and they've done bad.
