You don't actually have to delete anything. Just say you did. Like everyone else said: encryption, ports, filters. If you can find any uploads on file-sharing sites, use 'em, 'cause it seems like ISPs don't really monitor them.
I usually find that I get my donkey reported when using utorrent, I do recall reading somewhere in BitComet of some encryption of data that it does (though that really just random donkey speculation based on a few words I found in the preferences checked off), that, and BitComet downloads have NEVER reported me.
Spoon sucks though, I don't know if they do that in Canada, they usually just bitch about it and not do anything :/

I got a complaint like this back in october with our dedi for a video from demonoid. Nothing became out of it, but as you said, its just a weird feeling. Since then ive added filters and whatnot, and demand that nobody use non-private trackers as far as downloading goes. No complaints yet, but yeah...

according to sources (dunno if true) they only track you if you upload heavily on sharing sites. even then i saw some tracker sites bounce masked IP information from Canada
