If you ever played a VN that lags on you, then that should be a warning to you that you are like 8 years behind on upgrading your computer. Because VNs run just fine on Pentium 3s.

Ah, you're just VNC'ing across. I'm suspicious over how much bandwidth it'd use, but probably doable over WiFi.
I don't think so. It looks like it just runs Ubuntu in a VM, which has a VNC server installed so it can be accessed.
