What do you mean by "transform"? Get rid of Win7 and overwrite with WinXP?

RE: Transforming Windows 7 to XP??
Why the hell do you want to do that? Is your computer weak as hell or something?

VMWARE ???? why you want to do it.
Normally the newer Pcs have dificult backward compatibility , simply is hard to find drivers for Win XP.
Nobody bother to write them drivers i guess , some generic might do the job , idk.

RE: Transforming Windows 7 to XP??
Windows 7 is really great man keep it for a few days and customize it (I have it and I have no problems with it.) Pm me if something frustrates you about it I know allot in that field. + incompatible programz can run on windows service pack 3 by right clicking and trouble shooting with the administrative options.
If you reeeeeeeeealy want to do it here ya go:
What you need to do is get a copy of windows xp online or from an electronics store (in CD format) once you get your CD slip it in. Restart you computer and smack F-12 on the boot screen it will then ask you from what place do you want your computer to boot up from (CD drive or hard drive) click on the CD drive and your computer should take care of the rest. I'm kinda dumb with computerz so I could be wrong but i have installed windows 7 into my friends lappy that way.
I hope you take everyones advice bro.

My PC is quite weak,
It has Only 2GB ram.
256 NVIDIA GE FORCE
32 bit operating system.
Windows 7 Extreme
500 GB HARDISK.
Intel Pentium
I can't properly play games on this because of the lags...so i want to transform it to XP.
That's why i use my laptop and its a hell a lot better than my PC, but it is too small..

I did this, and the blue screen of death got me.

RE: Transforming Windows 7 to XP??
Have you tried going into windows task maneger and killing all the procceses running? When I run doom 3 I kill all the taks I can until I can't delete 3 or 4 (bare bones) then i open "run task" from the menu and open my game. It always makes it go faster and the graphics are way better since I don't have a really good card for it.
I can even kill windows main UI "explorer"
