RE: pspbtconf for 3.51M33
Okay, would someone mind just testing this for me to confirm that it works?

Rather quick and dirty, but should work.  It will make files a few KB larger though, due to how it writes them.

RE: pspbtconf for 3.51M33
only if you are using a vsh.prx AND a vshmain.prx. . . if you recompress the vshmain.prx no need to edit the bins.

^ They appear to have changed a number of things... :S

In fact, it seems they've deliberately chucked in junk data just to screw editing programs over...

RE: pspbtconf for 3.51M33
man 3.7x is sony's first big attempt at shooting down any custom firmwares or anything custom with it...first they change alot of OE/M33 stuffs and now they change the pspbtcnf.bin files deliberately to mess with us. :-\ i have a feeling the scene will prevail once again though..atleast i hope so

RE: pspbtconf for 3.51M33
^ The 3.7x BIN files aren't exactly hard to figure out - they just shifted a few things around the place.  But then, the question is why - most likely, to screw existing editing programs over.  The custom firmwares part looks more of a challenge however.

For interests sake, here's a 3.70 BIN file

and a 3.52 one

I've highlighted the parts they moved around :P

RE: pspbtconf for 3.51M33
The PSPBTEdit editor it seems not to open the pspbtcnf.bin file for me indicating that it is an invalid file.  I got a 3.71M33-2 psp.  I am trying to add cwcheat to flash since i have, unfortunately, have a lexar disk.
