[Release] Nichijou Theme
this theme is based on SimpleBase1.2

feature:
gameboot and coldboot skip (push ○)
cursor move and cancel animation in Music
4bit image icons

...and I tested topmenu animation (but failed)

*animation with CursorMove : cannot boot games
*animation with category select : doesn't work TN settings

EDIT: 6.20ver added
EDIT2: 6.60ver added and update all the themes
