Ok so i was going to to update my psp slim with my 8 gb like i always do and for some reason my psp can't read it. The light jus flickers. i have all 3 psps and they all can't read it. any suggestions?

Use your computer to format it, maybe that might work:)

i don't have an adapter.

What firmware is ur psp?

PSP 2k 639 pro b8 (i have updated this using my 2gb and its fine)
PSP 3K 620 pro b7 --- can't update due to my 8gb
PSP 1k 620 pro b8 (i have updated this using my 2gb and its fine)


my 8gb jus won't work with any of my psp's.

Turn on ur psp without the 8gb ms, then insert it:)
Let me know if that works!

Eh... Check out your Memory Stick information.

It should read:
User Capacity XXGB
Free Space     XXGB
MagicGate      Supported

If it says "Unsupported" or whatever... Your MS is fake.

Its Not a FAke it works it used to work jus fine on all my other psp's, and now its not working which is bothering me because this has never happened before.

as far as checking my info of the memory card. my psp can't uh register its there.

Keep doing what I said earlier:)
