Hmm.., It looks like the girl from Code Geass, but I wouldn't know much about that anime, because I've only watched the first episode and never watched it again.

Anyway, I think the wallpaper looks great.  It's better than any PSP wallpaper I've ever made

I don't know, really.  I have a ton of anime that I need to finish watching lol.
