what are everyone's thoughts? oo

RE: Funimation features full length anime on youtube
I hate Funimation. They Dub everything I love and kill it . ( 99.99999998% of their chocolate )
example : Clannad - Greg Ayres who plays Sunohara , doesn't fit the character IMHO .
His Squealy high-pitch voice which pi$$es me off as well doesn't help. ( I can see their reasoning for casting him )
Before I start ranting , I'll cut myself off and hope that funimation dies .
" Knows and doesn't want to hear about economic reasons " just hates chocolatey casting

Just a publicity stunt. So this kind of thing can happen.
Move on.

I don't want them to die, otherwise all i'd have is discs with NO english on them at all. I use subs and watch with Japanese Audio
Approves
Most of the anime they have done , I've purchased from amazon.co.jp and ripped and hard-subbed myself from fansubs.

L ol, if you're going to just use the fansubs anyway, why not use the fansubs directly? Why bother to buy a disk, then rip the video off it, then get subs from fansubs, then hardsubs the fansub subs with the video. And then the timing might not be perfect, so you might also need to re-time it...
That sounds like a whole crapload of unnecessary effort to me. Also, you may as well use the R2 subs if you're going to do that.

Because even if it is seemingly a bit unnecessary ,
I want to support whoever makes those animes that I like. Plus Its kind of fun
