give me sepcifics, i have the PC version and it lags for me on my core i7 because it's a chocolatety EA console-to-PC port.

If your CPU and GPU are good enough for the game try updating your drivers and see if any game patches are available.

Edit:

And make sure the game Graphics settings are no set too high.

If you're having trouble finding that, I guess a Nvidia GTX580 might be enough. Try to get the Quadro though.
