RE: ok, i give up
i don't really want to sound rude or whatever but really, i just don't like it as im not afraid to toy with flash0.
there's no need to try and convince me about how awesome it is :/

RE: ok, i give up
why would i put cxmb in flash when the whole idea of getting flash0 themes is to get rid of the need to use cxmb to begin with ? :P

RE: ok, i give up
CXMB may be less convenient than directly putting in flash0. Though there is RCO patcher or similar which will load off the memory stick, which may be even more convenient.

If you use CTFtoolGui,. nothing is more easier or faster to test any theme file or make a theme,....
-edit a rco or prx connect PSP-usb,. click create CTF,.. ready,. restart vsh,.. its faster then changing any file in flash0,.(going into recovery, connecting, flashing, rebooting) also for me there nothing else to change in flash0 except theme files,.. so no need to flash anything cxmb doesn't support,..

RE: ok, i give up
well, either way, since it seems that everyone wanted to argue about the awesomeness of cxmb instead of helping me, i guess the thread can be closed now.
thanks anyway :)

RE: ok, i give up
i don't mind the brick risk really.
as i said, i don't like using things that are unnecessary. Flash0 works just as fine as cxmb does, and keeps the theme working after i remove my MS from the psp too.
rco's are also way easier to modify than ctf files are. (I've yet to find an app to unpack them)
i don't use my psp very much and i just wanted to have my theme back in flash0 as it was when i made a mod of organ for 3.71 back in the day.
the risk of bricking it while using flash0 is mine to pick too i think, so what's with all the "omg why not use cxmb" anyway?
What i really don't understand is why people see the need to tell me to use cxmb instead....
i asked help since i know there's people here who can do what i asked with ease and it would spare me propably days of examinign the prx / rco's to port the theme myself,
but it's ok i guess... I'll just try and figure it out.
