New laptop and hard drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My parents just bought me an Asus N52DA-X1

Quad core, 4gigs ddr3 (1066), 500 gigs of hard drive space, and one of the best graphics cards I've seen in such a budget laptop. I am crying because I'm so excited. No good light here right now, so I'll upload pics in morning!!
OH! And right before that, my friend bought me a Samsung Spinpoint F3 that I'd been drooling over for almost a year now.

Now I've dissected my desktop, and have 4 hard drives strewn about, with the f3 in its own bay. Time to do some liquidation!
So excited....

Nice.
But one thing I have against gaming laptops stocking a powerful CPU and GPU is that they eat a lot of battery.

First thing I did with my laptop was getting rid of the stock Windows install by formatting and repartitioning the HDD.
So much poo poo stuck on there by default...

Yep, took off that W7 Home Basic + bloatware poo poo, and installed W7 Prof 64-bit, immediately following up with an ultimate upgrade 
Will consider putting XP on it as well, so that I can be more compatible with comps I work with at the office. So far, it has worked like a dream.
