method 1: goto a filehosting site (i recommend hotfile, because you can download stuff directly to psp with hotfile) and create an account, then navigate to the homepage after you login and click browse, select the ctf file, then hit upload, and share the link with ep :)

methood 2: at the bottom of a full reply page (on this site0 there is an attachments section, click browse and upload your ctf file, then click update attachment, then when the page loads, click add attachment and choose the theme :)
