RE: GIF request.
VidCrop looks exactly like Video Avatar which I used to use - Video Avatar just *does not work* anymore. Whether it's using Win7 with CCCP that's doing it I'm not sure. I'll give VidCrop a try though, perhaps it's newer. Cheers whjms.

photoshop can open .mp4 files

opens as a video layer

use animation settings

wait a sec, the other day i was on my ipod so i thought the image speed was the ipod's problem, D: proper, or someone, can you speed it up at the video's speed?

It's the same speed as the video here.  I'm on Firefox.
