Has anybody here read the novels? I'm interested in them but not sure if I should get em..

And on that note, seeing how Japan is a few novels ahead of the english releases, it's notably much further than the Disappearance novel - if the film is successful enough I wouldn't be half-surprised if it was looking at a third season some time in the future.

Huh? Haruhi-chan is finished. I'm implying wee may see another full new season in 2011/2012 because there's plenty more to adapt from the books.

As expected, Haruhi (Series) Blu-ray raws are getting released, I believe Zero-Raws have done everything, and a couple of random groups have added subs to them....

I should suspect CoalGirls/Doki/Some other BD group will get around to releasing from beginning to end.

Oh, also, I'm finishing Season 2 after I dropped it. "The Sigh of Haruhi Suzumiya" arc is painfully boring.. albeit funny at times, Ep00 was enough of that story, a behind-the-scenes was not necessary.

The film will (hopefully) be the series' redemption.

Mazui have released The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya in 1080p

Share RAW atm, no BDMV encode, but it should be good enough. XviD ver also released.
