Improving Some Old 3D Renders - Part 1
I got looking at some of my older 3D renders and decided some of them needed to be improved. Here's the first one: Things to improve: - Lighting: It's not bad, but it's not that good either. The new lighting is much better.
- Depth: Look at that image again. Notice that it looks kinda flat? That's because there's no depth. I've already fixed this.
- Fog: Originally, the fog was added in Photoshop after everything else was done. I've got a much better method for making fog now, but it puts quite a strain on my laptop. I'll have to wait until I know I won't need it for 2-3 hours, most likely when I go to bed.
I've got a few others I'm considering improving, but details on those can wait until I finish this one.
EDIT: This one's finished, see it here: http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthr...?tid=23009

RE: Improving Some Old 3D Renders - Part 1
I have always loved working on 3D images. But the most important thing – the picture is not available here. When I clicked on it I received this message “the image or video has been deleted”.Home Theater Design I really wonder who did it. I hope that it will be re-uploaded soon because only then wee will able to compare it with what is written. I firmly believe that future belongs to 3D. All the television companies are now coming up with 3D technology.
