It looks alright. I bet now that eBay wil be flooded with conversion kits from Hong Kong and China containing some stickers, a battery and a concave analogue stick. All for about $3.

As far as I'm concerned, the psp doesn't have region control...

I know I want it... I need moar monnies though...
There is a region setting but that just controls which region specific features are available as well as UMD video regions. I don't think the games are region protected.

Games have never been region protected, you can buy a UMD from any country and play it on a PSP bought from anywhere and it will play.
Save data is the only thing that is regionally coded. Buying a European UMD then trying to load American save data with it won't work.
