Some work, Some work on certain cfw's.
Theme's work only work on ceratin fw's?

Some work, Some work on certain cfw's.

Ok. So I've done a "little" bit of research and what I got, is that certain theme's work on certain firmware's. True? I believe so. A thread I found on EP that "some artist(s)" have created themes that will only work on 3.01 yada yada yada... if placed on another fw, that there is a possibility that your psp could brick up and be used as the next housing construction base building material. True. Old fw's vs. new fw's, I don't see a problem, a programmin' difference, yes. So My question is... What would I use to create newer theme's for newer fw's? (as in 5.50 pro.) All are welcome to school me on this matter, especially since I'm a extra-virgin theme ?creator? (?Soon to be?)

It's impossible to make themes for CFW that hasn't come out.

Most FW are different so it will usually always call for a different code each and every time.

It's only possible to make themes for current and past firmwares.

(also what's up with 5.50 pro?)

These days, use the CXMB plugin instead of screwing with flash0.  You can't brick your PSP with CXMB (unless if you're like super retarded).

you've got to work blind. modifying the RCOs and PRXs without knowing the result and asking someone to test it for you.

Or, even better, why not upgrade to the latest CFW and test it yourself? Makes more sense doesn't it?
