hmmm almost all apps have been made in the psp, and every hack is already implemented, so maybe they (the psp devs) have grown tired that people now a days only use cfw for playing backup games and not for the homebrews that they have made, lol

but yeah nothing new to the firmware releases by sony as some of the features are rip off from the homebrew scenes, lol

maybe its time for sony to focus more on the new games since they can't see no threats about psp (and wee can benefit for those)

but yeah its sad that psp scene is slowly dying

What else is sad...when was the last time a homebrew game was released that kept your attention for more than a few minutes? LOOOOONG times.... Seems only right that no new firmware is made since homebrew games aren't realy being developed other than emulators.

Well, wee had a good run. I'm happy with current firmware and other than MGS: Peace Walker not really interested in much else atm. But wee'll decrypt those anyway ;).

Yes this is a sad day, especially for those with a psp 3K as GEN was the only team releasing updates for that model compatible with new games. Yoshihiro you will surely be missed. Hopefully the rest of Team GEN has the PSP hacking talent that you so obviously posses. It seems that those with the abilities of Yoshihiro are some times not as eager to share as he was, and for sharing in such a generous way I say "Thank You Yoshihiro", yes I am refering to team Typhoon. Before anyone starts saying anything I know that they have no reason to share what they have but I think to come out and dangle in front of the PSP community and then not release the PSP GO hack was nothing short of cruddy. You will be missed.
