Talk to the others who carpool about it first

Without knowing this guy, its hard to suggest a good way to deal with it, although the aformentioned kick is fairly universal

I had already talked to the driver (also my cousin and wee've know each other since the second grade...). He was surprised but asked if I had any proof. I can't wait dfor tomorrow.
