New viz offsets!! Hihi

2nd viz: wanted to find how to scale this viz and replace,.. found scale and position x&y

6th viz: had only 1 offset before,. now i got some really nice ones for this viz:

-try and add 16x8 dummy files with rcoedit 114 << these will be 8bit!
-also dummy all icon in topmenu_plugin.rco
-replace the line in system with a 16x8 line image,. just canvas size the original in photoshop and also add with rcoedit 114

dummied all icon in topmenu_plugin.rco with 1x1 transparent png and it works now Ahaa
