Considering all the poo poo going on with the property market, I've looked around for some glimmer of hope.

In my search, I've found some absurdly large pieces of land which, it appears, that no-one has tried to claim rights to, which you could probably get close to free, and the value would probably increase rapidly in the future.

The #1 bargain I found, would be the planet Mars - a large mass of unoccupied terrain.  Also, in years to come, the value of the planet is most likely going to increase rapidly.

Okay, one caveat - it may not happen in your lifetime, though you can encourage it by simply helping deplete Earth's supply of resources.


If you fear that science might take a boom, and even more distant planets have inhabitation prospects, make sure you purchase the other planets along with Mars, before someone else gets the idea.  In addition, the Sun (not the lousy paper) would also be a valuable asset if science ever reaches great enough potentials - you set the price for sunlight.


Make sure you secure these lands today!
